Wolf Blass Winery is located Nuriootpa in Southern Australia.
The 2000 Yellow Label is a deep red colour with aromas of plum and berry. On the palate there are subtle mint and licorice flavours, with a soft mouth feel. Complementary oak characters give this wine great structure and balance.
